RMA Request Form

Within 24 hours of receipt of this form at WIKA Mobile Control, an RMA will be issued (subject to approval) for the item and an RMA Packing Slip will be emailed to you with shipping instructions. RMA's are valid for 30 days. If items are not received within the 30 day period, the open RMA will be cancelled. To better explain the problems experienced, any service reports associated with this item should be included.

Please note: To ensure that you do not lose any control data from the battery-buffered RAM, we recommend that you perform a data back-up. For this, please follow the instructions in the manuals "cSCALE S6 Mobile Controller - Configuration of a USB stick" and "cSCALE S6 Mobile Controller - Procedure to Transfer Battery RAM". When returning devices with lithium ions, please follow the relevant legal shipping regulations.

Battery replacement approval and data back-up declaration

The net list price for the battery replacement is 300 EUR. In case any control system defects are found during the replacement process, we will contact you to discuss a repair.
