Goods Return

In the case of return deliveries or complaints, we would like to process your enquiries even faster and satisfying. We greatly appreciate your contribution by filling out the return form completely. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

RMA Request Form

Within 24 hours of receipt of this form at WIKA Mobile Control, an RMA will be issued (subject to approval) for the item and an RMA Packing Slip will be emailed to you with shipping instructions. RMA's are valid for 30 days. If items are not received within the 30 day period, the open RMA will be cancelled. Please note that all blue fields must be completed to the best of your knowledge. To better explain the problems experienced, any service reports associated with this item should be included.

We will check your warranty claim and analyse the affected products after they have arrived at our premises. If there is a justified defect in the product and removal is not possible, we will check the provision of a replacement device or issue a credit note if necessary.
