From sensors and controllers to HMI interfaces and load moment indicators, WIKA Mobile Control will have a variety of new components and system solutions for mobile machines on display at ConExpo
In booth N10641, visitors will learn about the new qSCALE I2 TH rated capacity indicator system for telehandlers. The system features a 4.3” color graphic display, a cable reel for measuring the length and angle of the boom and pressure sensors that measure the hydraulic pressure in the cylinders. The qSCALE I2 TH system reduces operator error and enables the machine owner to maximize the machines lifting capacity. With the addition of the optional rear axle sensor, the system also increases the operators stability awareness of the machine.
WIKA introduces the new wireless generation: APEX
WMC will also introduce the new APEX family of wireless equipment designed for use in mobile machinery. The APEX SAI 33-W3 is a standalone indicator for use with the APEX HES-W3/01 wireless anti-two block (A2B) switches and APEX WSS-W3 wireless windspeed sensor. The status of the A2B and windspeed are shown on a graphic display and the indicator can be configured to trigger a digital output when a hoist limit has been reached.
The CTL-S700 series: countless possibilities
In addition, WMC will present the CTL-S700 series of safety controllers. Available in four different configurations, the CTL-S700 series offers up to 64 inputs and 56 outputs providing versatility for a variety of applications. These cost effective controllers feature CODESYS 3.5 SIL 2 programming and a data logger that collects all relevant operating data.
Safety in sight – even on rough terrain
Also on display will be the new user-friendly vSCALE E series of touchscreen consoles. The vSCALE E2 and vSCALE E3 can be used to display service reports, error reports, and statistical entry of data for work processes via the device’s control elements. These consoles also provide visual and acoustic warning in the event of critical operating conditions and visualization of process sequences.
An extensive portfolio of measurement technology for pressure, geometry, force, level and temperature will also be on display. Be sure to stop by booth N10641 in the North Hall to learn more about what's new at WMC! We look forward to seeing you at ConExpo!
