The robust aluminum housing ensures protection against rough environmental influences. The controller can be used in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C and is resistant to interference and vibration in accordance with the IEC 61000-6-2 and IEC 60068-2-6 standards. With a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor, 180 MHz, 2 MB int. Flash and 256 kB int. RAM, it is ideally suited for easy control tasks, e.g. for monitoring a boom. Two communication interfaces CAN 2.0 B, 8 analog inputs, 2 frequency inputs, 12 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs provide even more flexibility. The programming of the control system can be implemented easily and is application-specific via the software C/C++ and KW Multiprog.

This makes the cSCALE IMC A0525 a cost-effective addition to the portfolio of cSCALE controllers and an extension of the possibilities to realize customer-specific applications.
