The system includes the <link _blank internal-link internen link im aktuellen>vSCALE D3 display, <link _blank internal-link internen link im aktuellen>cSCALE S6 control unit, and various sensors including angle, tilt, pressure, wind speed, and anti-two block. The console features a 7” color graphic display with intuitive menu navigation using function keys and rotary encoder. This system allows the operator to view all aerial work platform information including general configuration and lifting geometry.
Hirschmann MCS customized the software programming of the system to meet Elliott’s specific requirements. The system features the <link _blank internal-link internen link im aktuellen>qSCALE LMI software and includes J1939 engine diagnostics giving the operator the ability to view engine information including oil temperature, oil pressure, RPM, and engine hour.
This complete system solution is the result of a design collaboration between Elliott and Hirschmann MCS to provide the equipment operator with a dependable control solution.
