We develop, design and program the safety software for your qSCALE Sx system and supply you with the necessary hardware components. It is also possible to combine this system with other third-party hardware components.
The modular design of qSCALE Sx systems
qSCALE Sx systems consist of a cSCALE control unit with integrated rated capacity limitation. It is also available with certified RCL C software library as a trueSafety option for telescopic cranes. cSCALE controls are modularly configurable and can be completely adapted to customer requirements – from simple control tasks to controls with over 400 I/Os. In combination with user-friendly vSCALE HMI and robust sensors, you obtain an integrated safety system for the efficient control and monitoring of your mobile crane. Proven communication with CANopen, CANopen or J1939 protocol is used for the interaction of the system components. Using various connections, it is possible to connect further devices such as actuators or cameras. An Ethernet and a USB connection are available for diagnosis and service. The WIKA Mobile Control PC Toolchain for customer-specific configuration and diagnosis communicates via these interfaces.
