As a result of supporting a wide variety of field projects, WMC’s service team has received valuable feedback from customers that has now been applied to optimize how the calibration process is visualized. The result, a new version of <link _blank internal-link internal link in current>qSCALE Ix with an improved user interface, will be available for downloading starting on March 1, 2018.
What’s New?
The <link _blank internal-link internal link in current>qSCALE Ix interface has been redesigned to be much more user-friendly. The entry fields and fonts are now significantly larger, which lets you easily read displayed values from further away while calibrating. As soon as the crane is in the correct position, this is also clearly visualized.
Also new: verification of the displayed load and radius at the end of the calibration process is facilitated by the possibility of making online corrections as required. The new interface also includes legible, easy-to-understand instructions and help texts to support calibration.
For better documentation of crane data, a function has been integrated for exporting load tables to Excel or PDF files or directly printing them if required.
