WIKA Mobile Control welcomes two new consoles to the vSCALE family: vSCALE E2 and vSCALE E3.
With vSCALE E2 and vSCALE E3, WIKA Mobile Control (WMC) welcomes two new powerful display devices to our console family! As similar as the two are, yet they differ in size. But no matter the 5" or 7" display: With TFT touch incl. LED backlighting, users can quickly and easily control the work processes involved in handling mobile machines. The consoles can be mounted flexibly – either in landscape or portrait format, as well as free-standing or built into the dashboard.
With the Freescale i.MX6®, 800 MHz CPU, 512 MB RAM as well as 4 GB mass storage, our vSCALE E2 and vSCALE E3 offer the required performance for a variety of applications. Both consoles are programmed using CODESYS 3.5 or C/C++. They offer a wide range of interfaces, including two CAN interfaces, an RS232 interface, USB, Ethernet and an analog video interface.
The vSCALE E2 and vSCALE E3 consoles are particularly characterized by their robust design. With an IP66 protection class and a die-cast aluminum housing, they are ideally equipped for use in harsh environments. The consoles can operate at temperatures between -30 to +75°C and offer EMC protection according to EN 50498, EN 13309 and EN ISO 14982.
The fields of application of the vSCALE E2 and vSCALE E3 consoles range from the display of service reports, error messages and the statistical recording of data on work processes, through the operating elements of the device, the visual and acoustic warning of critical operating states, to the visualization of process sequences.
