Plug it in and go: With CI33 WIKA Mobile Control offers a simple solution for complex conditions. The system detects the readings from different sensors and recognizes machine utilization. Visual and acoustic signals alert the user of the utilization state. Designed as a system solution, the CI33 consists of a vSCALE D2 console and various sensors for collecting measured values.
The console is the operable component and display of the CI33. The system can be easily configured via the 4.3" color display - without any additional programming effort. The sensor calibration is made possible in the simplest way, as well as the setting of limits. During operation, the vSCALE D2 console displays current machine operating data – this is available in 12 languages!
Robust and reliable CAN sensors complete the system. fSENS force sensors detect forces, geometric sensors monitor inclinations and a hoist limit switch signal can be displayed additionally. Sounds simple? It is!
