Anti-two Block Switch for Safe Lifting Operations

When lifting a load, a reliable final limit switch for winches, hoists or cranes is required to avoid a collision between crane hook and boom. The DGUV certified anti-two block switch iSENS HES protects man and machine and is ideally suited for use in harsh environments – and has been for decades! You can find all technical information about the anti-two block switch on our website.

Harsh environmental influences are common in the world of applications that include an iSENS HES anti-two block switch. The final limit switch is an integral part of reliable safety systems in lattice boom cranes, telescopic cranes, pipe layers or offshore cranes – and is therefore constantly exposed to heat, moisture or dust. Due to the IP66/67 protection class, the iSENS HES is ideally equipped for these harsh environmental conditions. How? Electrical functional parts, for example, are completely sealed.

From a mechanical point of view, the anti-two block switch consists of a switching unit and an optional divisible operating weight. For monitoring the electrical connection cable, one or two range resistors are included, depending on the type. Additional advantage: the anti-two block switch is easily installed in mobile applications.

The WIKA Mobile Control team supports you in integrating robust components into safety systems to make your lifting processes even safer. For technical data and further information, please visit our website or contact our Sales Team!
