With the configurable force indicator FI44, users of mobile machines always keep an eye on their forces. In addition to the individual loads, the 4.3" color display also shows the total load and load eccentricity. The limit value monitoring for this can be programmed for customer-specific requirements.
The measurement itself is recorded by 2, 3 or 4 force sensors. Reliable and robust CAN sensors from the product range of fSENS force sensors are ideally suited for these requirements. They feature outstanding linearity and accuracy, are available in standardized or customer-specific versions and with IP66/67 protection class they can withstand even the most adverse environmental conditions.
The vSCALE D2 console is responsible for displaying the measurement results. The HMI offers many useful features, such as a 4.3" color display, various interfaces (CANbus, USB, digital/analog inputs/outputs and RS232) and an ergonomic design. Operation is simplified via keys or touchscreen and is available in 12 languages. Software and application themselves also run via the innovative HMI. Just like the sensors, the console with its IP66 protection class is ideally equipped for harsh environments.
