The gSENS LWG 120 length and angle sensor reliably measures telescopic lengths of up to 15 m and supports the precise display of the boom angle between -180° and +180°. Thanks to its compact design, the gSENS LWG 120 can be easily integrated into existing systems, as the length and angle sensor supports a wide range of machine types.

Maximum measurement reliability: By combining the Hall effect for length measurement and MEMS technology for angle measurement, the gSENS LWG 120 delivers high-precision data as the basis for reliable load moment and stability functions in mobile machinery.

The length and angle sensor uses the CANopen interface for IT- communication and as an output signal. Thanks to its robust housing and high protection classes, the draw wire sensor is ideal for demanding off-highway applications such as mobile cranes, telehandlers, and application-specific crane booms – the sensor technology used ensures maximum operational reliability.

Also worth noting: the draw wire sensor performs impressively in various environmental tests in which the device is exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations: whether low or high temperatures, thermal shock tests or temperature and humidity cycle tests – the gSENS LG/LWG 120 length/angle sensor withstands extreme conditions without compromise and delivers reliable measurements across the entire range of applications.
